Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes through expert nursing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management, post-discharge care, and medication instructions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing effective interventions.
• Maintain adherence to all regulatory and hospital policies to ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing or similar setting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
