What You’ll Be Doing (We don’t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)

Behind every powerful computing environment is an engineer who makes complex systems work together. At GIGATEC, you’ll bring that expertise to production HPC environments—automating infrastructure, orchestrating secure software releases, and deploying containerized services with precision. As the Tier 3 technical escalation lead, you’ll partner with Operations & Maintenance teams to unravel challenging infrastructure issues, uncover root causes, and build automated solutions that prevent recurring failures. If you’re driven to understand how systems work—and curious about how to make them work better—this role puts your ingenuity at the intersection of performance, security, and reliability.
