Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and supports store sales goals. This customer-focused role contributes to a welcoming and inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals. Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs. Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks. Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed. Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
