Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Arkansas State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with restorative care programs and ADL training preferred. Ability to follow care plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist.
