Landmark Homes in Windsor, CO is seeking an experienced Multi Family Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on one or more projects. You will set safety, quality control, and schedule expectations while guiding a Project Manager and mentoring assistants. The ideal candidate has prior multi-family superintendent experience, familiarity with construction management software and MS Office, and a deadline- and detail-oriented approach to deliver projects per plans and codes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
