What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting rates from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour. Mobility Support - Help with transfers, light exercise, and fall prevention Nutrition - Prepare meals tailored to individual requirements and preferences Light Housekeeping - Help keep the client's home tidy and clean Health Management - Follow care plans , Medication reminders, Report changes in condition or concerns timely Transportation - Transport clients to medical appointments, or community activities as needed What We Require Reliability - Being a consistent, reliable presence in our clients' lives Communication - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Driver's License & Car Insurance Clean Background Check Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
