1. DayTime Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
2. Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
3. Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
4. Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
5. Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front-desk policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location, greet and screen visitors according to site requirements, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain awareness of activity at the front desk and surrounding entry areas to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Support a professional, welcoming healthcare environment by providing directions, answering routine questions, and coordinating with site staff and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
