Repair Administrator (Temp-to-Hire)
Addison, TX (On-site)
$22–$25/hour | 8AM-5PM Monday–Friday
Are you detail-oriented and ready to keep things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Repair Administrator to join our team in Addison, TX. This temp-to-hire role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both people and processes, and has a sharp eye for accuracy.
This is NOT a repair tech position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the inbound receipt process for customer returns
- Verify data, serial numbers, and part numbers in SAP ECC
- Inventory returned products and related accessories
- Create internal work orders and assign repairs to certified technicians
- Provide repair documentation, worksheets, and certificates of conformity
- Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve receipt discrepancies or damaged items
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience processing returns/repairs required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with SAP ECC or similar ERP systems a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
