General Manager The franchise owner, Opstad Consolidated Enterprises, Inc., is an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. The General Manager will be employed by Opstad Consolidated Enterprises, Inc., not by McDonald’s USA. All employment matters—hiring, discipline, scheduling, staffing, and supervisory decisions—will be handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at this restaurant. Job Overview General Manager – responsible for operating a profitable McDonald’s franchise restaurant, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and leading a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals. Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Set restaurant goals, develop plans, and pursue achievement of those goals in collaboration with senior leadership. Lead a team of Department Managers, setting Department goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve department performance. Support hiring, development, and management of Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team. Collaborate with leaders to align restaurant goals with company objectives. Qualifications Previous experience as a General Manager in a quick‑service restaurant environment. Background in fast‑food or McDonald’s management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Competitive starting minimum salary wage of $1,124.20 – $1,200 weekly pay (negotiable based on experience).
