About Commercial Express HVAC
Commercial Express HVAC is a respected mechanical contractor based in Sterling, VA. For more than 20 years, we've delivered quality HVAC services to commercial and industrial clients throughout the region. As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our Plumbing Division and seeking experienced commercial plumbers to help build its future.
This is more than a plumbing jobit's an opportunity to join an established company and play a key role in a growing division.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate work with HVAC, construction, and other trades
- Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
- Complete service reports and project documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
- Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
