Retail Display Installer - Technology

Overview This role is a Retail Display Installer – Technology, based in Alexandria, VA. Travel may be up to 90 miles from home, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday, without required weekends. Early morning hours or holidays may be needed based on store/client requirements. Benefits $17.25 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours) and keep availability accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures according to plan‑ograms and client directives. Complete necessary forms, image surveys, and documentation for each job. Maintain and update displays per client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ persons) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall team success. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Availability for weekend assignments as required. Qualifications Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Availability Monday‑Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, or late‑night availability as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb up to 10‑foot ladder, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, reach overhead. Communication: effective phone/text/email coordination; use smartphone for timekeeping, photos, and app downloads. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred. Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: own an Android or Apple device capable of uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently. Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Leadership and communication: strong professional skills, sound judgment, effective problem‑solving, excellent time management, and reporting ability.
