Restaurant Manager: Lead Service, Training & Growth

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume setting, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality. You will train staff, coach teams, and drive excellence while enforcing sanitation and safety standards. You’ll also develop local community outreach and brand-building events to promote Shack values.
