Asset Management Analyst

Supporting budgeting and operational performance monitoring, the full-time remote Asset Management Analyst will manage variance analyses, analyze underwriting budgets, and assist in investor reporting for a multifamily real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly variance-to-budget analyses, identifying operational drivers and market conditions affecting performance Analyze underwriting budgets and operating assumptions for multifamily assets, supporting investment reporting materials and due diligence processes Support the annual budgeting process by building and modeling property-level operating budgets in collaboration with Asset and Property Management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field 1-4 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate asset management, property accounting, acquisitions, or related fields Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including the ability to build and audit models Familiarity with multifamily operating statements and key metrics, such as NOI and economic occupancy Exposure to AI tools for investment workflows is preferred
