• Guaranteed Salary: $800,000for the first 12 months, with significant earning potential well beyond thatmany of our doctors consistently exceed their guarantee and reach the 90th percentile and beyond.

• Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee and 5%+ in value-based bonuses.

• Call Coverage: A manageable 1:7 weekend rotation with only 2-3 weekday calls per month.
