Experienced Service Advisor – O'Brien Honda of Bloomington Are you a seasoned Service Advisor who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping a busy service lane running like a well‑oiled machine? The O'Brien Auto Team is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is not an entry‑level role— we’re looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a dealership service department, can confidently guide customers through the repair process, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. What You’ll Be Doing Greet customers professionally and build immediate trust Accurately assess customer concerns and perform detailed walk‑arounds Write clear and precise repair orders Effectively recommend maintenance and repair services Communicate timelines, updates, and costs with confidence and transparency Coordinate closely with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow Manage multiple customers and priorities without missing a beat Deliver completed vehicles with a focus on satisfaction and retention Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair processes Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to upsell services ethically and effectively Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Valid Illinois Driver’s License and clean driving record High school diploma or GED required Perks & Benefits We’re more than just a paycheck.
