Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $76,800 - $101,600 a year plus bonus potential. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately. This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities. Primary Responsibilities Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements Ensure safety compliance of all team member Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/preferred 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills Strong networking and relationship-building skills Physical Demands Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required EEO Statement Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
