• Compensation: Drivers earn between $78,000 and $95,000 annually.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.
• Pay Structure: Compensation based on hourly rates, miles driven, stops made, and cases delivered.
• Home Daily: While routes may vary, CDL-A drivers should be prepared for occasional overnight loads.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.
• Operate the tractor-trailer to reach destinations, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain a driver log (either Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
• Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
• This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.
