Commercial HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the commercial building services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of HVAC systems across various commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer interaction abilities, and industrial experience, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and safety.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Pensacola, FL

Pay Range: $40/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial environments
• Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and mechanical components to ensure efficient operation
• Manage HVAC-related projects, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance
• Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repairs

What's Needed?

• Valid HVAC/Refrigeration licenses are required
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics in industrial settings
• Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in operating control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems
• Ability to work onsite with a focus on safety and quality standards
