Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves rotating shifts within a 65-bed emergency department that includes pediatric and mental health pods. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Salem, Massachusetts
• Shift Time: Rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night rotations, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week. Night shift does not rotate.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m., 11 a.m. - 11 p.m., and 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) when requested, with low rotation frequency
• Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of emergency nursing experience; AHA Certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP and TNCC certifications strongly preferred; active RN license
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as NRP & TNCC are highly desired
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Patient Population: All patient demographics
• Equipment/Skills: General emergency nursing skills including assessment, documentation, IV insertion, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education
• Certification Requirements: AHA Certified BLS, ACLS, & PALS; NRP & TNCC certifications strongly preferred
• Start Date: September 6, 2026
