Description The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology is seeking a Staff Research Associate I. This position will support molecular and cellular biology research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. Responsibilities include performing core laboratory techniques such as qPCR, Western blotting, and tissue culture, as well as maintaining a small mouse colony. Animal-related duties include handling, ear tagging for identification, tail sampling for DNA isolation, weaning, and PCR-based genotyping. In addition, in this role, you will assist with the operational coordination of clinical research and trial activities, ensuring work is completed in alignment with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
