Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in microsurgery at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level.

With a notable increase in our microsurgical procedures, we are excited to announce the launch of a microsurgical fellowship next year . We invite a skilled surgeon to become part of our dynamic and expanding academic reconstructive practice. The focus of our microsurgical efforts is primarily on breast reconstruction , alongside additional opportunities in general cancer reconstruction and complex soft-tissue coverage .

This position presents a fantastic chance for a surgeon eager to cultivate a thriving academic career within a prestigious academic medical center. The role provides ample opportunities to expand both an inpatient and/or outpatient clinical practice , while also engaging in resident and fellow education, clinical research, and the progression of plastic surgery.

Our Division is experiencing ongoing growth, with current clinical needs and opportunities that include:

• Microsurgical reconstruction

• Breast reconstruction

• General cancer reconstruction

• Abdominal wall reconstruction

• Complex soft-tissue reconstruction

• Body contouring

• General reconstructive surgery

• Aesthetic surgery

The primary locations for practice will be Emory University Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown , with additional opportunities available at other facilities within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
