Overview Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN – Home Health Location: Denton, TX (Coverage Area: Denton and surrounding) Position: LVN/LPN (Remote/Virtual Position: No) Schedule: M-F 8 to 5, On Call: Monthly Salary: $36.00 to $43.00 per hour (paid on a per‑visit basis). Ability to provide nursing visits according to treatment as prescribed by the physician and to maintain accurate and complete medical records. Required Certifications and Licensure Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation. Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations.
