Endpoint Engineer - Software Packaging & Patching

Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience packaging enterprise software and deploying applications.
• Experience deploying Windows OS and third-party patches, including Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 updates.
• Background in endpoint management, configuration troubleshooting, workstation imaging and provisioning, ticketing systems, and incident management.
• Ability to analyze patch failures and troubleshoot root causes.
• Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• At least 6 years of overall experience, including 5 or more years working with Windows 11, Office 365, endpoint management, workstation imaging, and ticketing systems.
• Preferred: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Graph API, Patch My PC, PowerShell scripting and automation, ServiceNow, or vulnerability and endpoint security tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• We will rely on you to package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
• We will ask you to manage Windows and third-party software patches.
• You will troubleshoot failed deployments and endpoint configuration issues as part of our team.
• You will analyze vulnerabilities and support remediation activities.
• You will maintain our endpoint security baselines and technical documentation.
• You will collaborate with our infrastructure, security, application, and service desk teams.

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise software packaging, patch deployment, endpoint management, and vulnerability remediation. The role is based in Staunton, Virginia, with a hybrid schedule requiring three onsite days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday); interviews are conducted by webcam.
