Location: Haskell, TX

Start Date: ASAP

End Date/Duration: Permanent position, indefinite duration

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certifications: Valid Texas State License for PT or PTA

Experience: Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred, manual therapy skills preferred

Hourly Pay: $45/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Provide outpatient therapy for post-surgical rehabilitation focusing on manual therapy techniques

Support inpatient and outpatient services for a wide age range from high school to elderly patients

Assist with patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress

Cover both inpatient and outpatient units, including swing beds, based on clinic needs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system

Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with therapy practices

Required: Valid Texas PT or PTA license

Experience: Some outpatient manual therapy experience preferred; ability to work with diverse patient populations

Skills: Strong manual therapy skills, adaptable, team-oriented
