Staff Software Engineer, AI Product & Long-Context Systems
Magic Inc
Magic is building safe AGI and user-facing systems that sit atop long-context models. As a Software Engineer on the Product team, you’ll own problem framing through implementation, shaping experiences from complex model behavior to intuitive user workflows. This is an end-to-end role spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and deep model integration. You will collaborate with RL Research & Environments to translate capability wins into shipped features, improve reliability and performance, and push #J-18808-Ljbffr Magic Inc
