IT Support Specialist

Associate Ecommerce Systems Specialist Pay Rate: 35.00-42 per hour Onsite - Holland, MI 6 month contract salary: $35 - $42 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education Work Experience: No professional experience required. Responsibilities Order Management: Manage and process custom product orders, special requests, and orders from various platforms and retail partners. Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve order processing issues and integration errors across multiple platforms to maintain system integrity. Performance Reporting: Generate performance reports for vendors and internal systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency. Shipment Monitoring: Process and monitor shipment updates between platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. System Integration: Monitor system integrations for errors, ensuring seamless data flow and addressing any issues that arise. Data Management: Process bulk product data updates in SAP and Brightpearl, and conduct pricing and lead time audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Fulfillment Updates: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment updates across multiple platforms. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
