Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid (Class C) driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (no major violations) Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate Ability to climb stairs Must pass a background check and drug screen Pay & Earnings Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience) Daily tips can average $20–$150+ Monthly performance bonuses for top performers Excellent earning potential for motivated team members What You’ll Do Drive and operate new 26‑ft automatic box trucks as needed Safely move furniture and household goods – moving is the core responsibility of this role Provide a high‑quality customer experience on every job Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management Moving, warehouse, delivery, box‑truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
