Industrial Maintenance Technician

To be the "ideal candidate" for this role, you will be a person who pays attention to the little details, enjoys repairing industrial machinery and being hands-on.

salary: $41,600 - $54,080 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement timely repairs
• Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend proactive solutions
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation
• Support installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment and systems
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related concerns and minimize operational disruptions
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during assigned shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety practices

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and machinery
• Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of tools for extended periods
• Must adhere to all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
