Volt is immediately hiring for Material Handler / Warehouse Associate in Valencia, CA.

As a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate you will:

• Cultivate strong rapport and working relationships with key engineering and manufacturing staff while demonstrating effective cross-functional collaboration
• Perform routine organization, movement, and storage of parts with a high level of accuracy
• Pull parts for kits and properly put parts away in designated locations
• Retrieve parts in the yard and operate a pallet jack as needed
• Transfer stock within the facility and support internal material flow
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory control activities
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all Code of Safe Work Practices
• Complete repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and quality
• Follow and adhere to company quality systems and processes
• Learn technical skills to support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and cold

This is a full-time opportunity. Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM with overtime as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold environments
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift experience or certification (training available)
• Familiarity with inventory management systems

Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
