We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our restaurant. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Barista, customer service, , or other part time restaurant job at Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger. Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate activities of the restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
* Ensure all health and safety restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
* Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for use.
* Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
* Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.
* Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
* Manage cash handling, reconcile cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
* Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
* Report any issues or feedback to the General Manager.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong leadership and management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
