Temporary Pharmacy Technician
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a Temporary Pharmacy Technician position in the Fayetteville, AR area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with strong Omnicell experience who is looking for a short-term assignment in a behavioral health hospital setting.
Description
- Stock and maintain Omnicell medication dispensing systems
- Assist with pharmacy operations related to the Omnicell installation project
- Support medication inventory and organization as needed
- Work alongside the pharmacy team during the implementation process
Position Requirements
- Strong Omnicell experience required
- Arkansas Pharmacy Technician license not required
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
- Team player mentality
Job Details
- Location: Fayetteville, AR
- Position: Temporary Pharmacy Technician
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Approximately 5 days or until the Omnicell project is complete
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Not required
- Order Entry System: HCS; training available
- Site Automation: Omnicell installation began 07/20/2026
- Orientation: 2 days of hospital orientation required
- Dress Code: Business casual or any color scrubs except blue
