Your Role: Construction Defect Associate

• Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters

• Handle all aspects of claims, including:

Drafting and responding to discovery

Taking and defending depositions

Attending court hearings and site inspections

• Support case strategy, evaluation, and dispute resolution (including mediation/arbitration)

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

• Work closely with senior attorneys while building independent case ownership

Must-Haves :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

• Active California Bar admission (in good standing)

• Experience in construction defect litigation (required)

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary $125,000 – $185,000 + lucrative bonus
