Job Title:  LEASE/AR ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Woburn, MA/ Hybrid (Ability to come to the Corp office 2x per week)

Reports To: Sr Lease Operations Manager

Job Summary:

In this position you will be responsible for processing various accounting transactions to ensure timely and accurate billing for TimePayment customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing settlements, payoffs, and portfolio sales/syndications
• Processing charge-offs
• Restructuring or rebooking leases to modify payment schedules or other changes
• Waiving fees
• Processing vendor chargebacks
• Adjusting recurring fee schedules or billing certain one-time fees
• Processing pass-through charges
• Creating sundry payables/receivables
• Taking actions to properly close leases at end of the lease term
• Assisting with the lease/loan funding process
• May assist with cash application or investigation of unapplied cash
• Processing customer or vendor refunds.

This position requires the following skills and experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling time sensitive material to ensure turn-around times meet requirements.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem solve with minimal direction
• Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (EST)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years’ experience working directly with customers in a lending or accounting environment.
