PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary Lead top-tier interior build-outs as a Construction Project Manager in Dallas, TX! Bring 3+ years of TI/remodel experience and budget skills to Our Client, a premier facility management firm transforming active commercial spaces with zero hassle. Location: DALLAS, Texas Job type: Permanent Salary: $100,000 - 130,000 per year Work hours: 8am to 4pm Education: High School Responsibilities Oversee interior commercial construction, tenant improvements, and facility repair projects from conception and bidding to final walkthrough. Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor costs, review subcontractor invoices, and process change orders accurately. Procure materials, hire subcontractors, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed to Tecton's quality standards. Manage the logistics, safety, and cleanliness required when executing construction projects inside active, operational commercial buildings. Assist in estimating and preparing bids for facility upgrades, structural lifecycle repairs, and interior renovations. Act as the main liaison between Tecton and property owners/tenants, providing regular status reports, leading site meetings, and managing expectations regarding construction impact.
