Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant PTA oppotunity at Amberwood Estates Nursing in Normandy, MO!

Will also consider Part-Time/PRN PTAs.

DESCRIPTION

Amberwood Estates is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA to provide rehabilitation services for our nursing home in Normandy, MO!

The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Shift Available: Full-time

Responsibilities:

To provide physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
Assist the Physical Therapist in the evaluation of residents as directed.
Assist the Physical Therapist with the development of treatment plans as directed.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in practicing state(s)
Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
