Transportation Engineer
Williams & Works
We are seeking a senior civil engineer with at least five (5) years of experience in transportation/road engineering projects. The responsibilities of this position include effectively managing and/or assisting project teams in the study, design, budgeting, and construction inspection of transportation projects. Work will be primarily focused on state, county, and municipal clients, although other assignments are possible as opportunities become available.
»In addition, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
A Michigan Professional Engineering license
Professional design experience with transportation and roadway projects.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must be self-motivated and able to work well with others in a professional hands-on environment
Must be able to successfully develop and maintain positive workplace and client relatinships
Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills
