This opportunity, beginning August 11, 2026 and extending through May 27, 2027, offers the perfect balance for professionals seeking impactful work—just one day each week—while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

Your focus will be on helping students achieve their mobility and developmental goals and ensuring their access to the educational environment. You'll collaborate with educational teams and families, contributing your expertise to support student success.

Key experience and qualifications:

• Valid Texas Physical Therapist Certification
• Previous experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred
• Confidence designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Aptitude for conducting thorough student evaluations and interpreting findings
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability, working with diverse K-12 caseloads

Your primary responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs and progress
• Design, implement, and monitor IEPs as part of a collaborative educational team
• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services
• Document interventions, maintain records, and report on student progress
• Participate in meetings, share insights, and provide recommendations to help students reach their full potential
