Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Description The Defense Systems Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to work in our Ridgecrest California office. This position supports the AEWTTR mission by providing engineering support for the design, modification, and maintenance of ground radar and other electronic warfare training systems. The role involves overseeing shipping and receiving of goods and materials, using a computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting, and preparing materials for shipment. Responsibilities Kitting components for manufacturing production Material handling Inventory management; organize and maintain inventory in compliance Data entry and order processing Receive, verify, and inspect incoming parts/materials and shipments against records and packing lists Shipping management, order fulfillment, and goods receipts Support packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments and returns within warehouse operations Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with warehouse operations At least 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management Willingness to obtain a DoD Secret clearance if required; U.S. citizenship is required Willingness to work onsite in Ridgecrest, CA Preferred Qualifications Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Excel (not required) Pay Range $35,750.00 – $64,625.00 Pay and Benefits Employment benefits include competitive compensation, health and wellness programs, income protection, paid leave, and retirement plans.
