Corporate ControllerReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for:Global accounting processTimely and best in class financial reportingEffective controls environment and accounting policies that are responsive to the evolving processes of a growing businessContinuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and reporting capabilities across the globeThe integration of financial process and organizations in Mergers and AcquisitionsMentoring a talented accounting organizationThis is a highly visible opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on execution—someone who can mentor and develop a global accounting team while raising the bar on reporting efficiency, process discipline, scalability, and business partnership.Why Join Analogic?Join an exciting, rapidly growing global company with meaningful opportunities to shape the future of finance.Partner directly with the CFO and senior leadership on reporting, controls, integrations, transformation, and growth initiatives.Develop and mentor a talented accounting team through a collaborative, hands-on leadership approach.What You'll DoLead Global Accounting and ReportingOwn the global accounting process and ensure the company delivers timely, accurate, and insightful financial results that support effective decision-making.Strengthen Controls, Governance, and ComplianceBuild and maintain a strong control environment that protects the business today while evolving with the company's growth, complexity, and future readiness.You'll:Lead the global internal control framework, including process documentation, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement.Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors and key advisors.Oversee accounting policies, technical accounting matters, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.Promote accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution cross-functionally across the global organization.Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Strategic InitiativesServe as a practical business partner to operations and finance leadership, with ownership for the accounting processes that support manufacturing performance, integrations, and growth initiatives.Responsibilities include:Lead manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing activities across multiple facilities.Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, working capital, and operational performance drivers.Support mergers, acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post-close finance integration activities.Partner with leadership on due diligence, transaction readiness, and strategic projects.Translate complex accounting and operational issues into clear insights and actions for business leaders.Develop the Team and Drive Continuous ImprovementLead with a mentor's mindset and a hands-on approach, developing the accounting team while improving the processes, systems, and capabilities that enable the business to scale.You'll:Lead, coach, and develop a global accounting team, building capability, accountability, and succession depth.Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.Modernize accounting and reporting processes through standardization, automation, analytics, and ERP optimization.Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and scale financial processes while improving quality and control.Model hands-on leadership by engaging in the details when needed while developing others to take on broader responsibility.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsCPA required;
