We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials are accurately processed, products are prepared for shipment, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, count, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality
• Package outgoing products securely to meet shipping requirements
• Safely load and unload trucks as needed
• Prepare industrial and rotary hoses for shipment, including assembly and configuration
• Operate equipment and machines related to shipping and receiving tasks
• Complete shipping documentation accurately and on time
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality standards
• Assist with quality checks and audits when needed
• Support team operations with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (including heavy hoses)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands
• Experience with basic assembly and hand tools
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with industrial products such as hoses or similar equipment
• Experience operating warehouse or shipping equipment
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avondale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
