Job Summary:

Griswold Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs in Camden County. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, located in Ocean County, New Jersey. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to clients in their homes. This is a great opportunity for those looking to make a difference in the lives of others and gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $ 23.00 to $26.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties

• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients

• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship

• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team

• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care

  Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Willingness to undergo a background check

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
