The Caregiver Recruiter plays a vital role in screening and registering qualified care providers for a private duty home care nurse registry. Focused on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently, this position ensures alignment with regulatory standards and company goals. Working within a recruitment team and utilizing MatrixCare software, the recruiter helps build a skilled caregiving workforce to deliver exceptional client care without any travel requirements.

This candidate must have previous home care experience with a nurse registry; an ideal candidate would have previous scheduling experience. Candidate must have prior working experience with Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations and requirements for a nurse registry.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified care providers (HHA, CNA, RN, LPN)
• Coordinate and conduct phone and in-person screening interviews with applicants
• Manage background screening and applicant tracking
• Support onboarding processes for new registrants
• Maintain strong relationships with caregivers
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AHCA and company policies
• Utilize MatrixCare for registration and CEU expiration tracking
