HR Generalist Coordinator I

Job Description

Aramark is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. This person is someone who has a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond for others, likes to think outside of the box and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get things done. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

•Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

•Assist in the hiring process by conducting background checks, coordinating new hire paperwork, and facilitating new employee onboarding.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related documentation.

•Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

•Assist with employee relations by investigating complaints, providing guidance on employee conflicts, and maintaining positive working relationships with employees.

•Coordinate HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee recognition programs.

•Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

•Stay up-to-date on HR-related regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

•Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

•Provide support around key talent acquisition process and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions, experience in HR preferred, ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to create, plan and manage creative HR strategies
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies
• Use of Computer, Telephone, Copier, Scanner, Label Maker, Shredder required



 



 
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
