• Experience: At least 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip, arterial line, and BiPAP experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide quality nursing care in a progressive care setting for acute patients
• Monitor high-acuity patients requiring advanced interventions such as drips, arterial lines, and ventilator support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate as necessary
• Document patient information accurately and effectively
• Participate in hospital orientation and ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
• Experience with high acuity drip medications, arterial lines, BIPAP, and Airvo preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
