AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking Manufacturing Technicians in Browns Summit, NC. This is a hands-on, physically demanding manufacturing position. We're looking for dependable candidates with a good work history who are ready to work and can commit to the schedule.
Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $21.00/hr
• Location: Browns Summit, NC
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• Employees rotate between days and nights monthly.

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Stand and walk for long periods throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Perform repetitive and physically demanding work.
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
• Pay close attention to quality and make sure work meets production standards.
• Work well with others and take direction from supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain good attendance and report to work on time.

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Must have a good and consistent work history.
• Must be dependable and have reliable attendance.
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to rotate between day and night shift monthly.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the position.
• Must work well with others and follow directions.
