We are actively hiring caregivers throughout South Orange County and surrounding areas. If you are able to work in any of the cities below, we have clients ready for your support: Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente. As a caregiver, you will:

• Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
• Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation
• Support clients with Alzheimers, dementia, Parkinsons, and hospice needs
• Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs

$18$25 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit. $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours. 5 sick days + holiday pay. Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards, and other incentives. $10/month technology stipend. Mileage reimbursement. Free scrubs and PPE. One-on-one client care (no facility ratios). Hands-on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock-home environment. 6 months of structured monthly online training (dementia, hospice, chronic conditions, and more). Active California HCA registration or willingness to complete the registration process. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance. Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required. Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs). Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app). Ability to pass background check and drug screening. CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required). Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required.
