Job description:

• 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Data Analyst experience in Data Warehouse projects.
• Strong experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) and Data Mapping activities.
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
• Hands-on SQL development experience, preferably in Databricks or Azure Cloud environments.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and support end-to-end requirement management.
• Experience collaborating with Data Modelers to build domain data models.
• Insurance domain experience preferred; Actuarial, Risk, or Underwriting background is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
