General Manager
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $58,000–$62,500
- Annual bonus potential: Up to $6,000
- Profit sharing of 5%, eligibility after 1 year
- $20 a week gas stipend
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance
- Paid time off and vacation
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Work side-by-side with your team on the line during prep and peak service times
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, consistent staff
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
- Oversee P&L performance and drive profitability
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience and handle customer concerns effectively
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line and lead from the front
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor and cost control
- Proven ability to build, train, and retain a high-performing team
- Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
