Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 45-Minute Unpaid Lunch Break

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and APPs in a busy medical practice.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program.

• Current BLS certification.

• AAMA-CMA or AMT-RMA certification.

• One or more years of Medical Assistant experience.

• Ability to support clinical and operational needs in a busy medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and APPs.

• Assist with daily patient care and clinic operations.

• Support providers during patient visits and maintain efficient patient flow.

• Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.

• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and healthcare team members.

• Follow established safety, compliance, and patient-care procedures.

• Support timely access to care and efficient clinic throughput.

• Provide support in a practice serving multiple physicians and an APP while managing increased patient volume.
