Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Must be accredited in CT Certifications: ARRT RT (R) (CT) Must-Have: Competent in CT exams Description: Weekend Day shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Position involves operating advanced CT equipment. Type of equipment includes GE Revolution 256 slice and GE VCT 64 Slice. Documentation system utilized is Meditech and Synapse PACS. Floating will not be necessary for this position. The shift supports ER volume without requiring interventional experience. Procedures performed include various CT exams. Staffing on shift consists of 2-3 team members. Basic CT skills are needed for the role. A review of scanning protocols and IV contrast policy will be conducted. The unit features advanced technology, enhancing the work experience.
